Your first visit at a glance
Before you come in
Book online or by phone. We send you new patient forms to fill out at home so you save time at the appointment.
At your visit (60 to 90 minutes)
Meet Dr. Dibaji and the team, comprehensive exam, digital X-rays, cleaning, and a treatment plan we walk through together.
After your visit
You leave with a clear plan, written estimate of costs, and your next appointment booked if needed.
Before your first visit
1. Book your appointment
Book online through our appointment form or call us at 604-282-3800. Tell us about any specific concerns (anxiety, an emergency, a particular service in mind) so we can schedule the right amount of time.
2. Complete your forms in advance
We will send you our new patient intake form (medical history, dental history, insurance details) by email after you book. Filling it out at home saves about 15 minutes at the visit. If you prefer to fill it out in the office, plan to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
3. What to bring
- Government photo ID
- Insurance card or policy details
- List of any medications you take (prescription, over-the-counter, supplements)
- Previous dental records or X-rays, if you have them
- For CDCP patients: your CDCP member card
What happens at your visit
Your first visit is comprehensive. We take the time to understand your full dental history, current concerns, and goals before recommending any treatment.
Welcome and intake
You meet our reception team and the dental assistant who will be with you for the visit. We confirm your forms and answer any questions.
Comprehensive exam
Dr. Dibaji performs a full mouth exam including a check for cavities, gum health, bite alignment, and signs of oral cancer. We take digital X-rays for a complete picture.
Professional cleaning
One of our registered dental hygienists removes plaque and tartar, polishes your teeth, and reviews your at-home care routine with you.
Treatment plan walk-through
Before you leave, we sit down with you and explain everything we found, what treatment we recommend, the order to do it in, and what each step will cost (including what your insurance covers).

Accessibility
Our office is wheelchair accessible. Let us know in advance if you need any specific accommodations and we will make sure everything is ready when you arrive.
Languages we speak
Across our dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and reception team, we speak English, Punjabi, Hindi, Persian (Farsi), Tagalog, Spanish, Mandarin, and Korean. If you would prefer to be scheduled with someone who speaks your language, let reception know when you book.
Hours
Monday and Tuesday: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Insurance and payment
We direct-bill most major Canadian insurers, so you only pay your residual at your appointment. We are also enrolled as a Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) provider for eligible patients.
