dental fillingAt Madison Dental Studio in North Burnaby , we restore chipped, cracked, or decayed teeth with white composite fillings, inlays and onlays.

Composite Fillings

Composite resin fillings are used to restore decayed parts of a tooth or to make cosmetic improvements to your smile by changing a tooth’s shape or shade. Your dentist can custom-shade the colour of each filling to match it to the colour of your existing teeth.

Inlays

Inlays are restorations that fill the space between rounded edges at the centre of the tooth’s surface. Aesthetic inlays can be made from composite resin or porcelain. You may choose to replace amalgam (silver fillings) with inlays to improve the appearance of your smile.

Onlays

One or more cusps on a damaged tooth may be covered with onlays. Onlays may be a helpful solution for cases where a dental crown would be excessive. They are often more durable and longer-lasting than regular fillings.
